Workday’s success in being the top cloud ERP product in the market means this role is pivotal to us in maintaining a positive and thriving relationship as Workday’s partner. This position will be focused on leading strategic sessions on Workday E&G implementations, pre-sales activities, requirements analysis, and delivery.  No Workday experience? No problem! Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales or implementation experience with an ERP system in the E&G industry

We have an opening for an HCM Implementation Specialist to join our Workday Practice.  In this role you will be provided with extensive Training and Certification on Workday in order to be responsible for actively participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment.  As a Workday consultant you will gain the opportunity to specialize and deepen your skill set within a functional area such as compensation, benefits, payroll, finance, and more.

We have an immediate opening for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our Workday Human Capital Management practice. In this role, we will provide you with extensive training at Workday. After training, CPSG will ensure your success through our very own mentoring program, which will equip you in every possible practical facet of Payroll. You will be responsible for actively participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, all the way to testing and deployment. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of functional Payroll implementation experience with any of the following HR systems: PeopleSoft, Oracle, UltiPro, SuccessFactors, ADP, Ceridian, or other similar ERP/HRIS systems
  • Experience with Workday Payroll is a definite plus!
  • Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Workday Integrations — All Levels

CPSG is looking for an individual who is flexible to perform many types of work in integration. On a day to day, you will be responsible for executing extract, translate, and load (ETL) tasks to move client data into Workday from their previous system, for collaborating with the customer and your team, for building and testing Workday integrations, and for gathering and building various reports. This role will challenge you to embrace the many facets of integrations, but CPSG will have you equipped with training and mentorship to ensure your greatest success!

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies is required
  • Must have ability to work directly with customers and manage expectations
  • Requirements Gathering, Project Planning, and Resourcing experience is needed
  • Experience analyzing Interface File Layout
  • Must have Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts (SOA)
  • Project Management and mentoring experience (to lead design sessions and code reviews)
  • Software Implementation Experience with either integration of a 3rd party purchased product or built form ground up
  • Must have the ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
